I use Zip about 10 times a year for my direct mail and the work that Evan and Brian due is top notch. I have done a lot of direct mailing over the last 30 years and Zip is the best company I've dealt with. Competent, knowledgeable and fast to respond and to act. 2024 UPDATE - Zip continues to excel. They notify me when the rates are going up so I can finish up a mailer earlier than planned and sometimes it has saved me 10-20%. The production and timing of mailings is spot on and 100% reliable.
